Privacy Policy
Life Time Ledger is built on a simple promise: your time, your records, your control. This page explains what data we touch and why.
1. What we collect
By default, all your records — categories, milestones, daily check-ins, footprints, health assessments — stay on your device. Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to enable cloud sync.
2. Cloud sync (optional)
If you create an account and enable sync, the same records are mirrored to our database (Supabase, Tokyo region). All transport uses HTTPS. Each row is bound to your user id; no other account can read it.
3. How we use your data
We use your data only to power the features you see in the app. We do not sell, share, or resell it to advertisers, brokers, or any third party.
4. Crash reports and analytics
We use Sentry for crash diagnostics and PostHog for anonymous usage counts (e.g. how many people opened the milestones tab). Both can be turned off in Settings. We never collect the contents of your records for analytics.
5. Your rights
You can export all your data as JSON from inside the app at any time. You can delete your cloud account in one tap; this removes every row tied to your user id, immediately and permanently.
6. Children
Life Time Ledger is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone in that age range.
7. Changes
If we update this policy in a way that affects you, we will post the change here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
